I was able to reproduce the timeout at Debug ToT using the following test:

run-webkit-tests fast/speechrecognition/start-recognition-after-gum.html --clobber-old-results --iterations=1000 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 3 --force

I was also able to reproduce the timeout over 6,000 revisions back. It appears the last time the test was modified was here:

This is still occurring after marking the test as slow. I have re-updated the test expectations to [ Pass Timeout ] here:
