is a flaky failure. Reproduced locally using command: run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 2  scrollbars/corner-resizer-window-inactive.html.

I was able to reproduce this consistently using command: run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 2 scrollbars/corner-resizer-window-inactive.html.

When using run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 2 -f  scrollbars/corner-resizer-window-inactive.html, the test passes consistently but there is no /layout-test-results/scrollbars folder created within the spade folder, and therefore, no diff to review.

The test says:
"The scrollbar corner (bottom right) should be green when the window is inactive."
and 
"The resizer (bottom right) should be green when the window is inactive."

In both cases, the actual images show the bottom right is white instead of green.
