Safari with displaying menu on hover

Menu icon (second icon in top right corner) hover not working in new WebKit builds for https://www.ripe.net

Safari (14.1.1) shows menu correctly when hover, but broken now in new WebKit builds and in STP.

Attaching screenshots for Safari where its working.

Thanks for filing. This does not reproduce for me on Safari 14.1.2 (16611.3.7), I can reproduce this on STP Release 127 (Safari 15.0, WebKit 17612.1.18.11.3).
