Test imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc-priority/RTCPeerConnection-ondatachannel.html seems to fail after revision: r238673@main

According to WebKit results it was passing until r238672.

Updated error when running with WebKit Github main branch:

FAIL In-band negotiated channel created on remote peer should match the same configuration as local peer assert_equals: expected "high" but got "low"
FAIL In-band negotiated channel created on remote peer should match the same (default) configuration as local peer promise_test: Unhandled rejection with value: object "OperationError: Failed to set local offer sdp: Failed to create data channel."
