After a discussion with Devin regarding bug 227047, I tried to play a video in fullscreen on Mac. It has a similar issue as bug 227047. The video playback will appear to stuck after changing playback positions a few times through the Touch Bar.

The root cause of this bug is similar to bug 227047.
