There's a FIXME in the IDL for this:

I came across this while updating this data:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/CanvasRenderingContext2D/drawImage#browser_compatibility

If the other data is correct, WebKit would be the only engine to not support this.
