Safari reader sometimes excludes text content that should be available to users.

On the following page on the NHS.UK website the first H2 in the page (<h2>How to treat diarrhoea and vomiting yourself</h2>) is not displayed in Reader view. Also the cross icons are displayed whereas the tick icons are not:

On the following page, all the content within the div#useful-contacts-for-alcohol-problems (Useful contacts for alcohol problems) is excluded in Reader view:
