We blocked access to 'com.apple.runningboard' from the WebContent process about a year ago. Since then, the only telemetry we have received has been for a benign Accessibility call that fails closed in  way that does not impact the features of the Accessibility Framework used inside the WebContent process.

We should silence this report to avoid spending time symbolicating and generating traces.
