Is a flaky text failure on macOS wk2.

TEXT DIFF:
-PASS Setting srcObject to MediaStream and then Blob
+FAIL Setting srcObject to MediaStream and then Blob assert_equals: expected 0.09833333333333333 but got NaN

I was able to reproduce the failure at Catalina Debug ToT using the following test:

run-webkit-tests http/wpt/mediarecorder/set-srcObject-MediaStream-Blob.html --iterations 1000 -f

This has likely been an issue with this test since it was introduced, as I was able to reproduce the failure very close to when this test was introduced.
