I was able to reproduce the image failure at BigSur Debug ToT using the following test:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-animations/translation-animation-subpixel-offset.html --debug --iterations 10000 --child-process=3

This test was recently imported, and has been a flaky failure ever since. The test was imported here:
