I have a website where some text elements randomly disappear after the user is moving the cursor a bit to hover over various parts of the website. After moving the mouse a bit more, the page eventually crashes («This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred»).
This bug is hard to reproduce because it seems to be dependent on the hardware. I can't reproduce it on my M1 MacBook, the report came from a user who has a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), and a second user whose HW specs I don't know yet.
I couldn't create a test case yet (as it's impossible for me to actually trigger this bug), I have a screen recording though.
Also, it's an Apple internal website, so can't share the link here. But I can add the link and the screen recording to the rdar once you create it.
BTW, is there a way to see more details as to why the website was reloaded or what exactly the problem was? The simple «This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred» message is not useful.
