inspector/console/console-oom.html is flakey crashing on macOS Release BigSur wk2 on Apple Silicon Macs only. Crashes only occur on Apple Silicon Macs, and as such I can't reproduce the crashes because I don't have access to said system. Updated test expectation to Pass Crash for BigSur wk2 Release arm64 only: https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/276174/webkit
