inspector/console/console-oom.html

is flakey crashing on macOS Release BigSur wk2 on Apple Silicon Macs only.

Crashes appear very rare, and have only happened twice. Once at r275607, and once at r276149.

Crashes only occur on Apple Silicon Macs, and as such I can't reproduce the crashes because I don't have access to said system. 

Updated test expectation to Pass Crash for BigSur wk2 Release arm64 only:
