Bisected regression point to r275925. Able to reproduce using:

run-webkit-tests --root webgl/1.0.3/conformance/glsl/functions/glsl-function-abs.html --iterations 200 -f

Updated test expectations. This test is also affecting EWS.

Yes, this stopped happening after bug 224566 got fixed.

Still need to remove test expectations.
