First timeout occurred at r274936. Before that, the test was consistently passing over 2800 revisions back.

The timeouts have most frequently occurred on BigSur Debug wk2, but have happened elsewhere too. 

The test appears to be very flakey, and rarely has a timeout, but it has occurred a few times across different OS versions. I tried to reproduce the timeout multiple different ways, but was unable to.
