Are all constantly timing out in iOS and macOS wk2.

I have attached the timeout diff files to this bug below. Three of the four timeout diffs do have the same error:

CONSOLE MESSAGE: Web SQL is deprecated. Please use IndexedDB instead.

In the history, it looks like this test was only running on wk1, and it was text failing. The expectations for the test were set for this. 

Recently, it looks like these tests all started running on wk2, and have been timing out every since they started running on wk2 at r275499, here:
