is a flakey text failure in macOS BigSur Wk2.

Test only fails on Debug, has been happening for a while, and is extremely flakey. That being said, I was able to reproduce the failure at BigSur Debug ToT using the following test:

run-webkit-test compositing/video/video-update-rendering.html --debug --iterations 100 -f

The flaky text failure is also seen on iOS and Catalina gpuprocess Debug and wk2 Debug.
