is a flakey image failure on macOS Catalina and BigSur on release and debug on intel and Apple Silicon in wk2.

I have reproduced the failure and bisected a regression point using the following test:

run-webkit-test compositing/video/video-border-radius.html --iterations 100 -f

I was able to reproduce the failure at r274264, but not at r274263.

To add to this, I was testing on a BigSur Release revision in wk2.

Updated test expectations to Pass ImageOnlyFailure while test is being reviewed.
