is flakey image failing in Big Sur wk2 in Release and Debug on apple Silicon Macs only.

I have attached the images from the diff. Indications appear to be only a .01% difference.

I could not reproduce the failure because it appears to only occur on an Apple Silicon Mac, and I do not have access to one.
