This test exists in the following locations:

canvas/philip/tests/2d.path.stroke.scale2.html
imported/w3c/canvas/2d.path.stroke.scale2.html
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/canvas/element/path-objects/2d.path.stroke.scale2.html

It fails because of a bug in QuartzCore. It can be fixed if GPUP rendering is enabled for 2D canvas because encoding/decoding the CGPath acts like a workaround for this bug.
