The following document uses SVG with hyperlinks: https://fido-web-pay.github.io/specification/#operation The numbers in the image are clickable and works as expected in Chrome, Firefox and Edge but not in Mac/Safari or iPhone/Safari.

Looks related to bug 148477, although replacing id with name via Web Inspector didn't seem to make the links work.
