The following two tests are constantly text failing in macOS debug on Apple Silicon only:

fast/events/constructors/close-event-constructor.html
fast/events/constructors/overflow-event-constructor.html

I cannot reproduce this because it is only occurring on Apple Silicon Macs, and I do not have access to one.
