Adding another feature override to build-webkit list of overrides to be able to build WebKit with Workers enabled.

Comment on attachment 25106 [details] proposed patch for build-webkit This is almost byte to byte identical to what I have in my tree - the only difference is that I called the feature "Web Workers" in help text, not "JS Workers", as this is the title of the spec. I think I'll rename that when landing the patch.
