We should share more code between GTK and WPE regarding UA quirks handling: - create WebPageProxyGLib and move quirks handling from WebPageProxyGTK to that new code unit? - make WebPageProxyWPE use WebPageProxyGLib, somehow - same on WebProcess side for WebPageFoo
