Go to <http://www.panic.com/> and drag one of their app icons onto the little green arrow in the upper right hand corner of the page - it should turn blue and download that app, but doesn't. Works in Safari 3.1.

This seems to work for me in 3.1 and ToT, i assume it got magically fixed
