The buildbot is showing two layout test failures at <http://build.webkit.org/results/trunk-mac-intel-release/6030/results.html>. The first report of them is after the build at <http://build.webkit.org/builders/trunk-mac-intel-release/builds/6027>, which includes r38305. r38305 made changes to the Tiger results of these tests.

Indeed, r38305 introduced Tiger specific results for these 2 tests, generated on a 10.4.11 machine with a completely stock OS. Looking into it now...
