Add reporting for some syscalls in the WebContent process on macOS in order to determine if they are being used.

Comment on attachment 418726 [details] Patch r=me. Check EWS -- not sure why it's failing (these are still allowed). Perhaps 'with telemetry' is not available on older OSes?
