Regressed by Bug 218964 - Web Inspector: Show current properties for font in new Elements sidebar Font panel

Computed panel has many CSS properties and I use filtering a lot to find the one I need.
r270637 removed the filter field.

This bug reproduces regardless of the "Show independent Styles sidebar" setting.
