The new JSProfileServer ( https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21719 ) was proposed and tested before the profiler became opt-in.
The server needs to opt in when we want to start profiling.

The JSProfileServer APIs seem to have been removed. Closing the bug as no longer valid.
