With some themes, such as "Glider", scrollbars seem to adapt to the font size of the according container. This is wrong, the size should always be the same.
The problem doesn't look to be present in Firefox, even though we should be using the same theming replication.

Pretty sure this has been fixed by the switch to custom rendering of the scrollbars + the new scrollbar designs.
