Users in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/epiphany/-/issues/1379 report that our user agent quirk for Outlook no longer works. outlook.live.com is now outlook.office.com.

This fix was a pleasant surprise. So much so that I tracked down this bug to ensure my eyes were not deceiving me. Thank you, from a reluctant university Outlook user!
