Created attachment 412786 [details] recording of reported behavior on svg map ## Expected: Given an SVG with focusable, accessibly named path elements, and VoiceOver enabled, moving the pointer in the whitespace around the path should not set focus on the path, and should make no announcements. ## Actual: Moving the pointer in whitespace focuses and announced the nearest focusable path. ## Steps to reproduce 1. Visit https://webkit.org/blog-files/aria1.0/africa_large.svg on iPad Pro iOS 14 2. Turn on VoiceOver 3. Move pointer in whitespace around the map continent. 4. Observe focus and announcements. ## Hardward/OS iPad Pro 11" iPadOS 14.2 Developer Beta 4
