WebKit's implementation of CSS scroll-snap is still in transition from an earlier version of the specification. This bug is a metabug tracking remaining compatibility issues. The latest specification is here: https://www.w3.org/TR/css-scroll-snap-1/

Hoping that remaining compatibility issues include the support for `scroll-snap-stop`.
