Wrong favicon displayed for active tab on Safari iOS

Safari 13.1.2 iOS 13.7 iPhone XS

Steps:

 - Had amazon.com browsing in history

 - Visited https://www.splunk.com/en_us/form/critical-it-incident-calculator.html#/industry
 - In page, select menu options "Currency" : "USD"
 - Tap tab preview icon in safari to view open tabs

Expected: tab preview shows Splunk favicon as it did when page was first loaded

Actual: tab preview shows amazon.com favicon on splunk.com page, even though the Splunk favicon was loaded previously when the URL was first visited.

See screenshot

I can reproduce every time in my session, the icon becomes amazon after selecting the "USD" button dialog on the page after loading.

I think there is a similar bug in Chromium with history preview icons, but I can't find the issue.

Thank you for the report! This is a Safari issue, so we cannot track it in WebKit Bugzilla.

If you can reproduce this with iOS 14, please file a report via https://feedbackassistant.apple.com.
