Error Message:
Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
When I do the same in Safari, it works well.

Are you talking about http://www.gallery2.ru? How can one reproduce this issue (e.g., is it reproducible on http://demo2.gallery2.ru/main.php)?
Mihail Artuhov
Oh!
I moved the program WebKit from ~/Applications to /Applications and error has disappeared.
( But when run ~/Applications/WebKit -who is wrong? WebKit or Gallery2?)
Alexey Proskuryakov
I don't understand how that can affect the behavior - WebKit.app is just a container for WebKit frameworks, and its location shouldn't matter at all.
Mihail Artuhov
When I downloaded the first time Webkit, I put it in my home directory -
/Users/xxxx/Applications/ ,
Today, I moved to /Applications/ and error has
disappeared.
