As of iOS 14.3 beta 2, this flag still seems to be disabled by default.

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't sure if it was just my device. After your patch was landed (thank you!), I have checked each beta release for its inclusion. Is there anything missing for this to work?

Is there anything missing for this to work? No, but the timing from changes landing in WebKit to showing up in a version of iOS is not guaranteed, nor does Apple comment on it.

Looks like this is finally enabled by default in iOS 15, at least in the first dev beta.
