I Steps: Go to http://edu.sina.com.cn/video/fangyingting/index.html Scroll down Observe the border of content II Issue: border is broken III Conclusion: table's width is specified to 1000, webkit calculates and renders the table with width more than 1000, this leads to the background image of table to be displayed in an improper location IV Other Browsers: IE7: ok FF3: ok V Nightly tested: 37604

Created attachment 461612 [details] Safari 15.6 differs from other browsers I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 using attached test case and as can be seen from attached, Safari does not align picture at the top as circled in the screenshot similar to other browsers. Thanks!
