The first failure that I see this on the dashboard was 07/17/20 at r264533, but I was not able to find a commit that seemed relevant that would have caused this.

The test appears to be flaky from the start.

The test was expecting Transitioning font-size on root affects rem units assert_equals: expected "15px" but got "16.5px", but received Transitioning font-size on root affects rem units.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
run-webkit-tests --root --iterations 50 --exit-after-n-failures 1
