The current GTK-specific baseline has the whole list of FAIL calls, based on the previous import of the test. After the last round of updates in r264427, some test cases started passing but now we get those Harness Timeouts.
The duration subtest gets stuck awaiting for the promise for vid.ondurationchange callback to resolve.
