Web Inspector in Safari Tech Preview on macOS Does not recognize Progressive Web Application on iOS 14 Beta 2. The device is connected over USB and Safari tabs are inspectable, but the Progressive Web App (installed using the Add to Home Screen functionality) does not appear as an inspectable application.

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'.
This should now be fixed in shipping software.
