[TestWebKitAPI][Win] Remove WEBCORE_EXPORT and WEBCORE_TESTSUPPORT_EXPORT definitions in PlatformWin.cmake Those macros should be defined only by Source/WebCore/platform/PlatformExportMacros.h.
