Hi, Developers.

I found the issue that pop noise occuerd when I play encrypted HLS in Safari on iOS/iPadOS 13 or later.
It does not happen under the following conditions
・Under iOS 13.0
・Unencrypted HLS

It happened on the following devices.
・iPhone 6S (13.5.1, 13.6 Beta2)
・iPhone X (13.3.1)
・iPhone11 pro (13.4, 13.5.1, 14.0 beta1)
・iPad Pro(13.3.1)
・iPad mini (13.3.1)

I thought it was the same problem as this ticket, but I didn't get the error mentioned on this ticket.
