TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.MSEIsPlayingAudio seems flaky timeout. In https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/27044, the test timed out in run-api-tests step. However, in the immediately next retry step (re-run-api-tests), it passed.
