Flickr Panda/Rainbow image scaling is not smooth There is a slight "pop" at the end before the image takes the final size. Firefox has no "pop" but they have some scaling issues of their own.

Sorry, the "pop" issue is slightly different from the quality issue mentioned in 21370.
