As Chromium layout tests have been moved to the web platform test, css/filter-effects/filter-region-transformed-composited-child-001.html test was also moved to WPT.

But, the test is failing on Safari

When WPT is synced into WebKit, the test expects to fail in WebKit. Please, someone checks the test failure if the test is in WebKit.
