This is a meta bug for keeping track of the tests that are failing in the EWS bot but are not failing in the GTK test bot.
A bug is failing in the EWS bot, but not in the GTK test bot, when a test failure is reported by the EWS bot and when examining that test with wk-testhunter, there's no errors in the last 4000 revisions. If a test failure is reported by the EWS bot and wk-testhunter also shows that test has been failing lately, then a new bug should be opened for that test and it will be added to TestExpectations accordingly. If the test already exists in TestExpectations its expected results should be updated.

The failures gardened under this bug ticket are no longer happening once the GTK test bot and the EWS GTK-WK2 bot switched to Flatpak. See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211761.
