Button clicks or apparently other tap events neart the top of the viewport (30-50px area) don't get picked up, if phone is in landscape orientation and the browser address bar is hidden.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://jkpjt.csb.app/ on iOS 13.x Safari
2. Scroll down to hide address bar
3. Tap "Open overlay"
4. Rotate the phone to landscape mode
5. Tap "Alert"
→ Nothing happens.
If you switch back to portrait mode the button starts working again.

This is already fixed in the iOS 14 developer beta that shipped today. Resolving as Configuration Changed.
