The tests has been failing since then returning a timeout.
webkit.org/b/196195 was eventually fixed in GTK.

The inspector tests are skipped in its entirely by WPE (the top level folders unskip is currently tracked in bug213131).
I'm removing this timeout expectation to avoid it running and crashing in debug mode (some functions are not implemented).
