Open the test file. Click on each of the two option buttons. The top one has a translate and the pop up menu comes up in the wrong place. The bottom one has a rotate, and it's not so bad, but still not really where it should be. It looks like the popup menus are not getting transformed. It's probably reasonable to not rotate the popup menu, but it should at least appear in the right place relative to its button.
