Support WebSocket over HTTP/2 implementation. https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8441 Check the status of libcurl for updated CONNECT method. Here's the mozilla's implementation record: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1434137
