Currently when working on any of the JavaScript for the various dashboards, regardless of if there any code changes or not, our unittests fail. We need to fix the unit tests to make development easier and less prone to error.

Please post the exact command that fails. It is not clear which tests this bug tracks.

After taking a closer look it seems that some of if not all of the tests I was running into are deprecated. closing bug.
